- One registration per 10×10 is included in the booth fee with option to purchase up to 3 additional.
- The fee for the remaining three registrants is $899 each. All badges are full conference registrations. Each exhibitor also has exclusive access to the Business Connection Lounge (see Exhibitor Appointments).
- Exhibitor and Hargrove Service Desk are located in rear of hall #766 and the Show Management Office will be located at the rear of the Expo Hall #1975 next to the theater. In this area, exhibitors can find:
- Show management (ASAE exhibit staff)
- Lead retrieval pickup (eShow)
- Encore (AV provider)
- Hargrove personnel (should exhibitors have questions or miss anything from their booth)
- The Hub is located in booth #1127
