We encourage attendees to make an appointment using our Expo Connector. Once registered for the meeting, they simply log into the Attendee Service Center (ASC) and start requesting appointments with the exhibitors of their choice.
Appointments can take place in the expo hall or in our Partner Connect Lounge (PCL). See the PCL Section below for hours.
Attendees can check out the Expo Hall page on the 2026 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition website at annual.asaecenter.org/expo for the latest list of exhibitors. We’ve made it easy for them to track down exactly who they want to see by allowing them to search for exhibitors by product category and company name.
