There will be one bus drop off location. Please reference the Shuttle Schedules within the hotels for pick up times/locations. 

Access or Check-In
You will need your badge to gain entrance into the event or proof of registration. Staff will provide wristbands to attendees showing proof of registration. 

Prohibited Items:

  • Weapons, drugs, and alcohol
  • Glass containers, cans, and hard-sided coolers
  • Laser pointers and aerosol sprays
  • Chains and spiked jewelry
  • Drones, tablets, and Kindles
  • Strollers and wagons
  • Glow sticks

Allowed Items (Concerts):

  • One sealed (unopened) clear water bottle
  • One clear 1-gallon Ziploc baggie for snacks
  • Clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
  • Blankets and tarps

Cocktail casual attire. The event will be outdoors. 

Access or Check-In 

  • Staff and volunteers will need the appropriate wristband and your badge to gain entrance. Be sure to have your wristband on when you get onto the buses for transportation. 
  • This is a ticketed event. Attendees may be purchase additional tickets on-site at registration based on availability. 

Prohibited Items

There is no bag policy. The following items are prohibited through Indianapolis Motor Speedway admission gates and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum:

  • Aerosol cans (Sunscreen excluded)
  • Animals (except service animals trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability)
  • DRONES, or unmanned aerial systems
  • Fireworks and flares
  • Flagpoles
  • Glass containers
  • Golf carts, ATVs, scooters, minibikes, roller blades, skateboards, skates, pogo sticks, and hover boards
  • Illegal drugs and substances or drug paraphernalia (including without limitation marijuana)
  • Items restricted by local, state or federal law
  • Lasers of any kind
  • Offensive or obscene materials (e.g., flags, signs, clothing)
  • Oversize bags and luggage
  • Outside food or beverage
  • Scaffolding or platforms
  • Selfie sticks
  • Stickers
  • Weapons of any type, including knives, firearms, and ammunition
  • Any other items not mentioned that may pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of the event by other guests may be refused at the discretion of security and management. These items are subject to change without notice. There are no provisions for checking and holding prohibited items. Prohibited items may not be left at or around the gates. Items left unattended will be removed and discarded

Closing Celebration

Attire
Dress is casual. The event space is indoors/outdoors with elements covered. 

Access or Check-In
You will need your badge to gain entrance. There will not be bag storage for suitcases at the venue. Be sure to bring that badge with you one last time! 

Guests are prohibited from:

  • Unauthorized entry onto the playing field or interfering with the progress of any game or event
  • Refusing to show ticket stub or electronic receipt when asked by a stadium representative
  • Attempting to sit in seats for which you are not ticketed
  • Using foul or abusive language or gestures
  • Threatening other patrons with words and/or actions
  • Fighting
  • Throwing or kicking any object in Lucas Oil Stadium or onto the playing field
  • Interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the game
  • Wearing clothing with abusive or vulgar terminology or inappropriate photographs or symbols
  • Wearing obscene or indecent clothing
  • Displaying obscene or indecent signs
  • Standing on seats or chairs
  • Stepping over chairs from one aisle to another
  • Standing, sitting or loitering in aisles, ramps or other areas of conveyance
  • Placing food or beverages on walls, ledges or overhangs that may spill or drop on guests below
  • Liquor containers, bottles, cans, or coolers (except for guests with special medical or dietary needs)
  • Food not dispensed by Lucas Oil Stadium concessionaires
  • Running or jogging in Lucas Oil Stadium
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Public intoxication
  • Possession or use of drugs
  • Public indecency
  • Obstructing justice
  • Criminal trespass
  • Selling items or tickets on LOS property
  • Distributing or displaying handbills without prior consent
  • Smoking and the use of all tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside of Lucas Oil Stadium and on the exterior balconies. This includes the use of Vapor or E cigarettes and any type of smokeless tobacco.  Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas outside of Lucas Oil Stadium.  Indiana State Law requires all smoking to be outside of the stadium eight feet away from any entry point.

Those observing other guests violating these policies should report the incident to the nearest building representative.
